[IDEAL FOR]: This is designed for beginner to intermediate pizza launchers who desire a more traditional or classic feel. It provides an excellent mix of stability and handling
[SIZE & SPECS]: This Balance placement peel is designed for 12″ pizzas with a handle length of 15.5″; for a total length of 28.5″ . The 12″ placement peel is our most compatible placement peel, it can be used with all of our ovens including! Use it on our Tread, Roccbox, Arc and Dome series in all sizes.
[SMART DESIGN]: Not all placement peels are equal! The blade is designed with a flat nose to increase stability and reduce rocking from side to side while sliding on or launching pizzas into the oven, so your pizza keeps its shape during transfer
[PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION]: We designed our Balance placement peel so that you can launch pizas with great ease and control. This is done by using a lightweight aluminum blade and strong FSC sustainably sourced Beech wood handle that provides users a blend of strength and stiffness
