Great product for everyday use.
Easy to clean! Power is great just chopped onions in 3 to 4 seconds really fine. I also tried milk shake this was really well done. It is not as loud as regular blender.

    This is the best blender out there! Easy clean up, efficient chopping/blending, smooth processing. Bought for self years ago & still working fine. Bought for son also cause he was always trying to pinch ours. Recently had major surgery on jaw & people moved everything in kitchen, couldn’t find it to purée food. Bought another. Works as well. Will have back up unit now. Great to chop onions, “sofritto”, nuts, crackers for crusts, etc. so many drs. Two containers works great. One for smoothies, other smaller one for chopping. Both have lids. Blades come out easily-as with all blenders handle extremely carefully, very sharp. Cannot recommend more!

    We bought one at least 20 years ago and the motor finally died. I was happy to see that they were still being made. Here's to another 20 years!!

    I love this tool! I use it more often than any of my other blender tools. Its small, light, easily portable and cleans up easily. Ive had one for about 20 years and was replacing with this one because I broke my lid (my fault). I didn't through away my old one though! Now I have replacement parts just in case.

    Owned several of these. Does a good job for frozen fruit smoothies. Need to be able to replace the pitcher gasket

    What immediately sold me on the Ninja Master Prep was its compact size and the ability to replace both my old bulky blender and my small food chopper with a single unit. The 400-watt power pod sits right on top and, honestly, I was shocked by how easily it crushes ice and frozen fruit into a perfect snowy texture; it makes fantastic smoothies without leaving any chunks behind. I love the versatility of being able to swap the motor onto the large 48 ounce pitcher for drinks or the small bowl for dicing onions or making dips in seconds, plus cleanup is super easy because most of the parts are dishwasher safe. The only major caution I have is that the stacked blade assemblies are incredibly sharp so you must be very careful whenever you handle or wash them. If you need a powerful, affordable, and space saving appliance for quick blending and chopping, I wholeheartedly recommend the QB900BC.

    Powerful machine, makes great smoothies

    I have other Ninja blender which has performed very well for us. However that Ninja blender was too big to make my daily 1 cup smoothie. I purchased this smaller unit and have not been disappointed in its performance. When using this my smoothie are exactly that, smoothies without any chunky parts. Previously I was using a handle held blender to make the smoothies but it was time consuming with first having to chop everything fairly fine before using that plus I still ended up with some chunky pieces. However with this Ninja Master Prep Blender I can simply toss in all by ingredients without much preparations and within a couple of pulses, smoothie is done. With only a couple pulsed I can have grated ginger which took me a long time using a rasp. I mainly use the smaller size container but the bigger one is Ok if larger portions are required. One of the best things about the Ninja blender is the two distinct levels of cutting action blades. The bottom blade can be used by itself like with simply chopping a very small portion (like my ginger) where you do not want a super fine grind. The set of blades are very sharp and care must be taken with handling them. The entire unit (container, top cover and blades) comes apart easily for cleaning. The two containers have additional top covers for storing contents if needed. Though the motor part is compact because there is two blender containers, storage can be awkward if space is limited. The one drawback of this Ninja Master Prep blender is that since the motor is actually placed on top, it can be difficult sometimes to line up and place it on the blade unit which can wobble a bit. If not connected correctly unit will not work. It takes a little bit of fiddling to find the right placement so that contact is complete. This is the only reason I am giving it a 4 out of 5. However I still would recommend this blender due to the overall results and its at a decent price for a Ninja brand.
